Background

Three years ago, I was at a crossroads
in my career.

The startup I had joined out of undergrad had been acquired and I desired to be back in the fast-paced, innovative forward environment the startup, Kiran Analytics, afforded me. I made the decision to come to CU Boulder to pursue my MBA with the intention of pivoting back into the startup space.

I found a love for building relationships with founders and investors, critically thinking through the steps of various companies scaling, and helping CEOs execute their visions.

After graduating from California Polytechnic State University (SLO) in 2016 with degrees in Industrial Engineering and Statistics, I worked as a consultant for large financial institutions,  implementing complex forecasting algorithms to drive staffing decisions. Climbing from an analyst to guiding Executive Vice Presidents’ decisions at the largest banks, I thrived solving complex problems and tactfully developing relationships.  Through the CU MBA program, an internship with Techstars, leading the Venture Capital Investment Competition team at CU and as an MBA Associate with Next Frontier Capital, I’ve learned and refined skills in early-stage investing through financial modeling, market analysis, legal analysis, and most importantly, building relationships.
